This queue indicates overall case load and potential order based on currently available information. Patients still on their way here are excluded from this list. Queue order may change based on severity of clinical signs or newly arriving critical patients. If your pet is stable, unfortunately, you may have to wait longer while more urgent cases are seen.
Arrived: patients who have checked in and called to notify us they are physically here
Active: hospitalized cases & out-patient cases that are being diagnosed and treated
Discharging: patients that are being readied for discharge.
You must be present in our lobby or exam room or waiting in our parking lot when we call for your pet to be seen. If we cannot find you or contact you, we will take the next case.
